BERTELLO PIZZA OVEN
Purchased the Bertello Pizza Oven Everything Bundle and had this baby making pizza in about one hour. After watching several videos I found the assembly to be easy. I used a combination of gas and wood for my first pizza. The digital thermometer is a must as you must get the pizza stone to 900 degrees in the back and around 700-800 in the middle. I had read and watched videos showing people ruining and burning pizzas with this oven so I decided to use a store bought crust to do a test. Actually used a small Flatbread Crust. Once the oven got to temperature I placed the pizza in the oven for about 20 seconds. The back portion quickly cooked a got the black zebra marks that I love. I rotated the Pizza every 15 seconds from there and it really cooked fast. The results were fantastic!
