Changed up Taco Night by trying a Baked version of my Crunchy Beef Tacos. Came out nice and crispy and bursting with flavor. Definitely will cook this way again!

| LETS MAKE FRESH SALSA |

| GROUND BEEF WITH ONIONS, JALAPENO AND TACO SEASONING |
 |
WARMED TORTILLAS FIRST TO MAKE THEM PLIABLE. SPRAY WITH COOKING OIL AND TOP WITH CHEESE. |

| ADD COOKED BEEF |

| FOLD TACO STYLE |
 |
| BAKE AT 450 DEGREES FOR 10-12 MINUTES. REMOVE AND FILL WITH LETTUCE, MORE CHEESE, PICO DE GALLO AND HOT SAUCE |
