Wow.....another amazing dinner at Margotto Hawaii.  This was worthy of a last meal for me.  Everything was over the top delicious with me wanting to lick every plate clean.  The Caviar with Egg always makes me roll my eyes back and savor each and every bite.  I could eat ten of these.  The Risotto with Foie Gras is hands down the best Risotto dish in Hawaii and adding Truffles takes it over the top to another level of delicious.  One of my favorites here.  The Gratin Style Potatoes are amazing and another dish that makes my eyes roll back in happiness.  Adding Foie Gras makes this the best potatoes in Hawaii.  The Pastas are the best also.  The Bolognese is World Class and one of my favorite pastas ever.  The Chef Special Pasta with Uni was by far the best Uni Pasta I have ever eaten.  My Wife and Daughter agreed as they always order Uni Pasta at other restaurants.  The Cacio Pepe with Truffles is amazing but I would prefer even more pepper in the dish.  Two non menu items were the Margotto Burger which my Wife wanted to try and thanks to our waiter and the Chef, they made it happen.  The Burger is perfect and the star of the show is the Wagyu Beef.  The flavor shines through and needs no sauce or condiments.  The Japanese Omelette with Foie Gras blew us away with the texture and taste of the Omelette.  Smooth as silk and when paired with Foie Gras...WOW!!!
I honestly believe this was one of the best and most delicious meals of my life.  Enjoying the food with a few bottles of French Bordeaux probably helped a bit.  Margotto Hawaii is my favorite restaurant in Hawaii for the past three years.  It is crazy how I can eat here time and time again and it just gets better.  Not too many restaurants can pull this off.
