DINNER AT HOME
Followed up Taco Tuesday with Taco Salad Wednesday to use up leftovers. Sautéed some Black Beans with Onions and Jalapeños plus added Roasted Corn, Cheese, Avocado, Cheddar Cheese and Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, Lettuce to the Taco Meat. Delicious and very filling.
