I love a good Wedge Salad and one of the best ever is the one I make at home. I love adding Roasted Beets, Avocado, Egg, Red Onion, Green Onion, Bacon, Crumbled Blue Cheese and a lot of Lighthouse Blue Cheese Dressing. So satisfying and filling that you don't need an entree. Just the salad is my dinner.
