ZHANG'S CRAB

Don't know the location of this restaurant in China but boy it was great. The food was so full of flavor and spice. It was kind of difficult to pick the crab meat out of the shells but the flavor was so good that you just had to work it. The simple Spicy Cucumbers and Cabbage dishes were amazing. Simply prepared and full of flavor.
