Cannot think of anything better than a stop for fresh Poke when visiting Kauai's spectacular

Waimea Canyon. Ishihara Market is the place to buy for takeout or they have tables out front where you can unpack your Poke and eat right there at the store. Loved the Clams!

Found a great little spot to pick up fresh Poke, Sashimi and Seafood on Kauai. The Fish Express satisfied my Daughters craving for a Poke Bowl. Pretty cool Poke Bar where you order Poke and then top it with a variety of toppings including Imitation Crab, Cucumbers, Pickled Cabbage, Ginger and Seaweed. Also a variety of sauces. I went for straight Sashimi and loved it. Also bought some Smoked Marlin and my only complaint was that I didn't buy more. Stuff was so good and we took it on a NaPali Coast tour the next day.
