I have always wanted to try Mitch's Sushi by the Honolulu airport. When my daughter told me she was flying home and wanted Sushi when she landed, I immediately made a reservation at Mitch's. The location is pretty different as it is in an industrial area and the building is pretty much a small warehouse. Parking is limited but we scored a spot right in front right when they opened at 11:30am. I brought a bottle of wine since this was a BYOB restaurant and found that almost every table had their own bottle of wine, beer or sake. They even will provide an ice bucket next to your table to keep your beverages cold. Service was good and the Sushi was great. The Ahi Sashimi was one of the best ever. Melted like butter. Loved the Hamachi Kama too, but we had to request Ponzu Sauce for it. Sushi was fresh and delicious.
