My Daughter was in town for the Holidays and surprised us with Pearl's Korean BBQ for dinner.  Pretty good stuff and these two plates fed all three of us for two days!

One of the great things about living in Hawaii is Korean BBQ.  They are all over the Islands and a favorite of most locals.  Pearl's Korean BBQ which has many locations does a really good job.  I love their Spicy Cucumbers and Kalbi which is a bit charred.  One of these Plate Lunches usually serves two or even three in our family.  Shared this one with the entire family.
