DINNER AT HOME
We make Tacos at home all the time. I have however never made Birria Tacos. Decided to give them a try so I searched the internet for a recipe. Found a few that looked good and improvised a little to make these. This was a process and it took over four hours to make the beef and consommé. A little messy and it took a few tortillas before we were able to get them to a crispness that we liked. Results were delicious Birria Tacos.
