DINNER AT HOME
Cooked a delicious Pan Seared Halibut and served with Lentils and a Garlic, White Wine Cream Sauce. Kicked the Lentils up with Shallots, Carrots, Red Bell Pepper, Jalapeño and Carrots. Some organic Carrots sautéed in Garlic, Butter and a hint of honey made this an incredible dinner at home.
