JERSEY MIKES - SUB IN A TUB

I love Jersey Mike's Subs but don't want the carbs so sometimes I go with a Sub in a Tub.  This Philly Cheesesteak was delicious.  I topped it with raw onions, jalapeños and pickles.  Totally filling and satisfying.

Love it when we have time to enjoy breakfast and a post round snack at golf clubs around the country.  The Bayside Grill at Reflection Bay was a great place to eat, chat, drink and relax.  For breakfast I enjoyed the Chorizo Burrito without the Tortilla.  It was really good and a huge portion that I did not put a dent in.  My after round meal of a Philly Cheesesteak without the Wrap was delicious.  Did not miss the carbs at all.  Great service here too with smiling and really nice staff.

My office was ordering from Dominos Pizza which sucks when you are trying to eat a low carb diet.  At first I said that I would pass but then the hunger set in.  I decided to order a Salad plus the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich.  Dominos said they did not have the Garden Salad so they upgraded me to a Chicken Caesar Salad.  I took all of the meat, cheese and toppings off the sandwich and placed everything on the salad.  Gave the bread to a co-worker and enjoyed this salad which was delicious and satisfying.

DINNER AT HOME

Saw a delicious Philly Cheesesteak on a Cooking Channel and immediately started craving one.  Thought about going to Jersey Mikes to get one and then decided to make my own using a Bell Pepper as the bread.  Simple to make with London Broil Steak, Onions, Bell Pepper and Mozzarella Cheese.  I added a small can of Jalapeños which I loved but my gals thought were too hot.  This was good but I definitely missed the bread.
