Another week living under the COVID-19 quarantine and seeing restaurants and small businesses suffering. Thats why each week and I think this is the sixth, I buy lunch for my entire company from a local restaurant. This week it was Olena by Chef Ron Simon. Chef Simon works hard and he is doing everything possible to keep his restaurant open and employees working. Working with him and his Team was hassle free and enjoyable. They replied quickly to texts or emails and had the food ready on time. On the menu on this day were delicious BBQ Ribs with Pineapple Cole Slaw. The ribs literally fell off the bone. Moist and melted in your mouth. No knife needed. Also loved the Pineapple Slaw which is made with no mayonnaise. Please support local restaurants during these messed up times for small business.
