SMOKED MARLIN

DINNER AT HOME

Over 25 years ago I was served Smoked Marlin similar to this at a hotel pool bar in Bali.  I fell in love with the dish back then and have been making it ever since in several variations.  I toast the bread with Garlic Spread and Butter and then top with Horseradish, Smoked Marlin, Capers and Red Onion.  Mind blowing delicious!

Learned this recipe while vacationing in Bali many years ago.  It is one of my favorite dishes ever.  Garlic Toast, Horseradish, Smoked Marlin, Red Onion and Capers.
