CARNE ASADA FAJITAS

DINNER AT HOME

Carne Asada Fajitas on the lanai and everyone was very happy.  We used Mission Low Carb Tortillas and nobody could tell the difference from the high carb ones.

STEAK FAJITAS

DINNER AT HOME

Made these delicious Fajitas using Flank Steak that I marinated in a blend of spices for about three hours.  Tossed on the grill along with Bell Peppers and Onions with the same spice blend.  Served with low carb Tortillas, Pico de Gallo, Jalapeños, Sour Cream, Lime, Cilantro and Guacamole.  Oh..and a generous pour of hot sauce.  Absolutely delicious.

LOW CARB STEAK FAJITAS

DINNER AT HOME

Taco Tuesday at Casa de Santos and I cooked us up some delicious Steak Fajitas.  I used a low carb Tortilla Wrap and my gals used regular Tortillas.  I did not mind the low carb wraps because the flavor of the Fajitas, Pico de Gallo and Salsa is what shined through.  These were really good Fajitas.  I marinated the Steak for about two hours prior to cooking on the grill.

STEAK FAJITAS

STEAK FAJITAS
DINNER AT HOME

We had some uncooked Steak and a lot of Bell Peppers leftover from our Shabu Shabu dinner.
I was trying to think of something to do with the Steak when Fajitas jumped into my brain.
Looked to see if we had Tortillas and when I saw that we did it was done.  Fajita Night at Casa de Santos.  Marinated the meat for 30 minutes and then grilled Bell Pepper, Onions and some Jalapeños. Then grilled the meat and placed everything on a platter along with Tomatoes, Jalapeño Green Onion and Cilantro.  A little hot sauce and we had delicious Fajitas.  Some Guacamole and Sour Cream would have been nice with these but we didn't have any in the fridge.
