CHICKEN CHOY SUM
DINNER AT HOME
Ohh.. this is another one that makes me want to hug myself. So delicious and fresh. I stopped by a Farmers Market over the weekend and just walked through to take a look at the fresh produce. Saw a nice bag of Choy Sum for $2 so I bought it. Now what I thought. I remembered going to a restaurant and paying $10 for a simple dish of Choy Sum with Oyster Sauce. Thought about that dish and looked into our refrigerator and found Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts. I cubed the chicken, chopped a bunch of garlic, cut up a onion and some carrots. Created this dish in minutes and it really tasted great. I bought a bag of Chili Peppers at the same market and it added a nice bit of heat that me and my Wife loved. My Daughter however thought it was a bit too hot but she ate everything on her plate and said it was delicious. Adding a tablespoon or two of Oyster Sauce at the end plus all the garlic made this a super flavorful little dinner.
