I started seeing posts of Chuy's Tacos Dorados on Instagram and became addicted just seeing the photos. Made a point to visit during a recent trip to Los Angeles. Believe me I was not disappointed. These tacos are delicious. Filled with a well seasoned Shredded Beef and lots of Cheese, just the way I like it. They add Onions that have been pickled in lime juice which my Wife loved. I thought it took away from the flavor of the beef and was not a fan of the onions. I normally love onions on tacos but this did not work for me. Tacos are great. The Shredded Beef Burrito was just as good and must have weighed a few pounds. Nice combination of beef, beans and cheese. Loved it! Definitely would come back here for Crunchy Tacos when visiting LA.
