As readers of my blog know, I love Mexican food more than anything.  Problem is there is no good Mexican food on Oahu.  Alejandro's is the exception and boy am I glad they opened a second location closer to home.  The new Alejandro's Kapahulu is a beautiful space with a full bar, wide screen tv's and the same menu as their original location.  Pretty much only Burritos, Tacos and Quesadillas.  Wish they offered more.  I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito "Wet" ($13) and had to deconstruct it a bit to stay low carb.  I basically just ate the Carne Asada and Pico de Gallo while avoiding the Beans, Rice and Tortilla.  Believe it or not this Burrito was still delicious and it did satisfy me.  I highly recommend Alejandro's.

Another week buying 30 lunches for my office to support local restaurants during the COVID-19 Pandemic.  This is now my 13th restaurant and boy this is getting expensive.  All for a good cause though and this weeks food was amazing.  The Macho Carne Asada Wet Burrito from Alejandro's

rocks.  Probably the best Burrito in Hawaii and the only one up there with the ones I love in San Diego.  This baby was huge and filled with Carne Asada and just enough rice.  I could only finish half of mine so I guess this is lunch tomorrow too.

This is my favorite Carne Asada Burrito in Hawaii and the only one that can compare with the great Taco shops in San Diego and LA.  This is the "wet" burrito and it rocks with flavor.  I could eat one of these every single day of the week!

Must say that Alejandro's has the best Carne Asada Burrito on the Island of Oahu and maybe all Hawaii.  The closest thing to a San Diego style burrito that I have found.  This is the "wet" version which has a lot of flavor.  Always get the Red and Green Salsa too.  Adds a little kick and even more flavor to this Burrito.  Delicious!

I love Alejandro's Mexican Food.  This is one of my "go to" places for a Carne Asada Burrito.

That is all I order here every single time.  Hands down one of the best in Hawaii and one of the only ones that compare with Mexican food in San Diego.  I love Serg's Mexican Kitchen too, but the Carne Asada "Wet" Burrito here rocks.
