Lunch at the office today was delicious and low carb.  I ordered a Wet Carne Asada Burrito with no Beans and no Rice from Alejandro's in Kalihi.  Cut the Tortilla down the middle and ate all the meat and not the Tortilla.  Delicious and I didn't miss the Tortilla at all.

Must say that Alejandro's has the best Carne Asada Burrito on the Island of Oahu and maybe all Hawaii.  The closest thing to a San Diego style burrito that I have found.  This is the "wet" version which has a lot of flavor.  Always get the Red and Green Salsa too.  Adds a little kick and even more flavor to this Burrito.  Delicious!
