Another enjoyable day at Mid Pacific Country Club in Lanikai.  Enjoyed a great lunch and a few beers and then proceeded to tee it up only to find out my left arm was injured.  After a few holes I could not swing the club.  Big bummer and end of my golf game for awhile.

I was not really feeling Tacos after a round of golf at Mid Pac Country Club but when I saw Beef and Kimchi on the menu I just had to try them.  Wow...glad I did.  These were some of the best tacos I have ever eaten in Hawaii.  Perfect balance of flavors and a bit of heat from the Kimchi.  Really liked these and hope to get invited back to Mid Pac so I can enjoy them again.

So blessed to live in Hawaii and spend a day golfing at the Mid Pacific Country Club.  Such a beautiful part of our Island and worlds away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.  While my game was not on today, the weather, friends and course were unbelievable.  I took my time driving to the golf course taking the long away around the South Shore.  Grabbed a cup of coffee and stopped off at some of my favorite beaches and just took it all in.  What a great day in paradise!

Totally enjoyed a round of golf at the Mid Pacific Country Club in Lanikai.  This is one of the most beautiful parts of Oahu with some of the best beaches in the world.  Mid Pac as it is called is located just across from the beach and is nestled between a small river and Ko'olau mountains.  Really enjoyed the course and picturesque views.  There are a fair number of bunkers on the course and I somehow found my way into many.  What a wonderful day in Lanikai.  This is one of those days when you have to say "lucky to live Hawaii".
