Enjoyed lunch at Reflection prior to a round of golf at Hoakalei Country Club. The restaurant is beautiful and set up for social distancing. The staff was amazing with customer service and cleanliness. Seems like the management here has taken training and service up a big notch and it was great to see and experience. I completely enjoyed the Caesar Salad with fresh fish. Served with one of the most delicious and fresh pieces of Mahi Mahi that I have ever tasted. On this day with this fish, I give it a 10!. The Hoakalei and Spicy Tuna Rolls were also excellent. Great Sushi here.
After our round of golf, we enjoyed a few beverages and the Appetizer Platter with Hamburgers, Chicken Wings, Egg Rolls, Edamame and Chile with Chips. While the food was great, the best part of this day was playing a round of golf at Hoakalei which is the BEST course on Oahu and one of the best in the State of Hawaii. Course is absolutely beautiful, challenging and fun. Playing alongside US Open Champion Scott Simpson was also fun. Scott is an incredible person with lots of great stories. He is humble, respectful and has a great sense of humor. What a honor to golf with Scott!
