Another stroke of luck in Kyoto when we stumbled up Japanese Noodle Issunbousi.  Could not have picked a better Ramen spot for that Instagram moment.  The presentation of my Crab Ramen was over the top!

Enjoyed some homemade Ramen with King Crab on a cool Hawaii night.  Geeze it must have been in the high 60's.  So cold........Ramen warmed me up.

DINNER AT HOME

Enjoyed some really delicious Noodles at the Hawaii Food and Wine Festival this year.  Sun Noodles served up a delicious Miso Ramen with Lobster.  The Broth and Noodles were delicious so we bought the Miso Ramen Noodles at the store and prepared our own Ramen at home.  We added King Crab, Vegetables, Cabbage, Corn, Bean Sprouts, Mushrooms, Fish Cake, Ramen Egg and Cilantro.
Wow....this was one of the best bowls of Ramen I have had in my life.  Far better than local chains in Hawaii and ten times better than Agu Ramen which is very popular in Honolulu.  This dish was the Bomb and we cooked it at home!
