GIOVANNI'S GARLIC SHRIMP RECIPE

OK here it is...our version of the famous Giovanni's Shrimp Truck recipe. Took us many years to get this recipe down to perfection. The big secret is getting the original Giovanni's Hot Sauce from the truck to dip the Shrimp in. Every time we visit the truck in Kahuku, I tip the cashier for extra sauce. We keep it in the refrigerator until we make the shrimp. For this dinner we used fresh Shrimp from Kauai that was never frozen. The Shrimp from Kauai are large and sweet. Perfect for this recipe.
You will be surprised how quick and easy this recipe is to make. Just remember it took us almost two years to get this down to where it tastes like Giovanni's.

| FRESH KAUAI SHRIMP WITH SHELLS ON |

| ADD SHRIMP TO GARLIC |

| STIR AND COOK A MINUTE OR TWO |
 |
| ADD ABOUT ONE HALF CUP OF WHITE WINE |
 |
| SHIRMP TURN RED AND WINE EVAPORATES |
 |
| ADD JUICE OF HALF OF LEMON |
 |
| STIR WELL |

| SERVE WITH GARLIC RICE AND GIOVANNI'S ORIGINAL HOT SAUCE |
