Another perfect dinner at Margotto Hawaii.  This is definitely my favorite restaurant on Oahu and while dining here last night, we were already planning when we could come back.  Just that good!  I always begin the meal with the Caviar Egg.  A perfect combination of textures and flavors that always satisfies.  The Truffle Infused Au Gratin Style Mashed Potatoes are from heaven.  Add Foie Gras and Truffles to these and you have one of the best dishes of all time.  We literally lick the bowl clean.  The Pastas here are the best in Hawaii.  The Bolognese shines with flavor and the Uni Tomato Cream Sauce Pasta takes Uni to another level.  With this Pasta, you really get the Uni flavor and it is delicious.  I always let the staff choose my wines and they are always spot on with both Red and White from France, Italy and Napa.

My favorite restaurant in Hawaii is Margotto.  Love the food, Chef and Owner.  This was an incredible dinner with two bottles of the finest wine I have ever tasted.  The Pastas here are world class with the Bolognese being my all time favorite.  I could eat here every week!

Margotto has been our favorite restaurant on Oahu for over a year now.  Cannot get enough of this delicious food.  The Pastas are our favorite and the Caviar Egg is amazing.  Highly recommend the Mashed Potatoes and if you want to splurge, order it with Foie Gras on top.  While not on the dinner menu, the Chef was able to prepare the Margotto Burger for us and it was delicious.  The meat shines through with a hint of truffle.  This dinner was so good and I want to go back already!
