FRESH FISH TACOS
DINNER AT HOME
These were probably some of the best Fish Tacos that I have ever had. Better than many in Mexico, California and Hawaii. Prepared them with Fresh Blue Marlin lightly coated in Cajun Spices. Grilled the Marlin and placed on a grilled Corn Tortilla with Cabbage, Pico de Gallo, Cheese, Cilantro and a White Sauce consisting of equal parts Plain Yogurt and Mayonnaise with Lime Juice and Oregano. Added a bit of Hot Sauce too for kick. Absolutely delicious!
