Made a Chaffle with Egg and Cheese then topped it with Ham, Avocado and Everything Bagel Seasoning.  This was so good that I wanted to eat another one.

Took some of the Shredded Chicken that I made this week for Tacos and made this delicious breakfast.  This was so good and perfect with a low carb Tortilla and Avocado.

KETO EGGS, BACON AND AVOCADO

BREAKFAST AT HOME

Getting our Keto fats in before Church today.  Made Eggs with Spinach, Mushrooms, Onion, Bell Pepper, JalapeƱo and Cheese then topped with Avocado and Bacon.  Now lets get into ketosis and loose a few more pounds.  Seems weird trying to increase your fat intake but this Keto stuff really works.
