The Plumeria Beach House is one of my favorite restaurants on Oahu. Just love the feeling and views here. Also loved the food big time on this day. I ordered the Sweet Lobster Poached Eggs Benedict and substituted Tomato for the English Muffin to stay low carb. Also opted for fresh fruit over the Potatoes or Rice. This was amazing. The Lobster was sweet and there were nice large pieces covered in delicious Hollandaise Sauce. Wow..good and perfect with a glass of bubbly.

Love the Fairmont Grand Del Mar and its main restaurant Amaya. Enjoyed both breakfast and lunch here during a recent stay. Had the greatest waiter again who was a joy on my last trip here. For breakfast I enjoyed the Nova Scotia Lobster Eggs Benedict ($28). Expensive yes but so amazingly delicious. One of my favorite breakfasts ever. Lunch was just as good with the Pan Seared Wild Isles Salmon ($29) which again was not cheap but oh so good. Quality here is excellent and dining on the terrace is a little piece of heaven.
