Enjoyed a delicious Good Friday dinner at Oahu Country Club. Food and service were great.
Love that when they say fresh Sashimi it is "fresh". No chemical soaked fish here. The Okonomiyaki Brussels Sprouts are delicious and everyone at the table woofed them down like candy. I had Salmon and my Wife enjoyed the Miso Butterfish. Both were great and served with the black Forbidden Rice. Finished with Mud Pie!

Another delicious meal at the Plumeria Beach House. We really love the Kahala Hotel and Plumeria Beach House. Cannot beat the location which seems to be like being on another Island. I tried the Gratin of Big Island Abalone. A whole lot of seaweed with just a small piece of Abalone served like Escargot. I liked it but wanted more Abalone. The Chef Special Cioppino was fantastic. Great tasting Tomato Sauce with Shrimp, Calamari and Fresh Fish. I opted to have mine with no Mussels. Loved the flavor but could not understand why they put Spinach in Cioppino. My Wife enjoyed the Miso Butterfish and loved it once again. The star of the dinner was the Chocolate Mousse Cake which is our absolute favorite cake on the planet. The Lilikoi Creme Brûlée was delicious, light and fresh tasting. Loved it too!

Enjoyed lunch at Japanese Restaurant Aki. Loved the Ahi and Avocado Poke. One of the best ever. Would go back again just to have this and a bowl of Miso Soup. I enjoyed the Ginger Pork. Kind of like bacon slices with lots of onion. My Daughter enjoyed her Miso Butterfish and had no complaints about lunch here. Really good food and service.
