AVOCADO TOAST WITH SOFT BOILED EGG

BREAKFAST AT HOME

After a six mile walk this morning I wanted to use an Avocado we had that was ripe.  Made a simple Avocado Toast sprinkled with Everything Bagel Seasoning and topped it with a Soft Boiled Egg.  The combination of the Egg, Yolk and Avocado is amazing.  Delicious and satisfying.  Added a little fresh Papaya with Cottage Cheese to the meal and this was just a perfect breakfast.

Finished a 6.5 mile run/walk this morning and came home hungry.  Saw we had some Papaya and Cottage Cheese so I went healthy with this breakfast.  Actually pretty delicious and satisfying.
