No complaints what so ever about flying ANA from Narita, Japan to Singapore.  Once again food and service were excellent.  ANA understands customer service and the flight attendants not only smile but they welcome you and thank you throughout the flight.  Totally different experience than flying a US airline.  Business Class seats are individual pods that allow for privacy and comfort.  Sit back watch a movie, read or sleep.  It really does not get much better than this when flying.

Cannot say enough good about the service on ANA and JAL Airlines.  Far better than any U.S. airline .  Flight Attendants on Asian airlines are trained to smile and take care of the customers.  They do it with class and you never see them on cell phones and talking to each other for long periods of time.  These guys and gals pay attention to the customers which is great.

Walk onto an ANA flight and you are greeted with nothing buy smiles and the smiles do not quit until you depart your flight.  Many of the flight attendants approach your seat and introduce themselves, shake your hand and thank you for your business.  Oh what a contrast to American carriers like United.  Funny that United code shares with ANA so my United flight from Honolulu to Manila included a leg on ANA.  Wish the United employees and management could take the ANA flight to see the huge difference in customer service and experience.  Love the service and food on ANA.  Really great employees who understand customer service and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable in every way.  Always filling drinks with a smile and asking if you need anything else.  Cannot say enough good about this experience.
