Catering for 200 people and my "go to" caterer is Kahai Kitchen on Oahu. These guys can cook anything good, fresh, fast and delicious. From Foie Gras to Lobster and Beef Wellington to Street Tacos and Loco Moco's, they do it all well. This menu was for a Vendor Fair under a tent in our parking lot. 200 plus guests and plenty of comfort food with great service.
