TUNA BOWL WITH AVOCADO, CHEESE AND VEGETABLES

LUNCH AND DINNER AT HOME

I have been making large batches of this concoction for weeks and weeks.  Basically live on it when trying to drop a few pounds.  Simply two cans of Tuna Fish packed in water with any vegetables we have in the fridge.  Always try to add Avocado and American Cheese plus a little Italian Dressing.  So delicious, filling and low carb.
