RIBEYE WITH MAPLE GLAZED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH BACON


DINNER AT HOME

Enjoyed a delicious Grass Fed, Organic RibEye and Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon plus some absolutely yummy Sweet Corn with Cannellini Beans.  Another great dinner at home.  So blessed.

I liked the service and outdoor seating at Brew'd but was not a fan of the food.  Mostly fried items on the menu and a lot of unnecessary sauces and cheese.  The Beet Salad was my favorite dish.  Plenty of Beets, Pickled Onions and delicious vinaigrette.  The Fried Goat Cheese Balls were a nice touch but I cannot eat a lot of Goat Cheese.  This salad should be served on a plate and not in a bowl.  All of the Beets were covered with the lettuce.  The Brussels Sprouts looked like a turd.  Way too much cheese.  It overpowered the vegetables.  Same with the Ribeye, covered in sauce and cheese that took away from the flavor of the steak.  Left here pretty unsatisfied and hungry for a pizza.

BBQ PORK CHOP WITH BRUSSELS SPROUTS

DINNER AT HOME

This was an incredible dinner filled with bold flavors.  One of my all time favorites.
The Pork Chops are marinated overnight in Mama Sita's Marinade and then grilled.
Served with a spicy Finadene Sauce that really compliments the pork and adds flavor and heat.  Mind blowing good.  My Wife cooks the Brussels sprouts with Bacon, Blue Cheese and Maple Syrup.  Amazing delicious!

RACK OF LAMB

RACK OF LAMB
DINNER AT HOME

Enjoyed a delicious herb crusted Rack of Lamb at home.  My Wife put this dinner together in less than an hour and believe me it was incredible.  Brushed the Rack with Olive Oil and then seared all sides in a skillet.  Crusted the Lamb with dijon mustard, bread crumbs, minced garlic, rosemary from our back yard and salt/pepper.  Placed in oven and cooked for around 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven.  The Brussels Sprouts were cooked in an Air Fryer and garnished with Parmesan Cheese and Pancetta.

SOUS VIDE RIB EYE

SOUS VIDE RIB EYE
DINNER AT HOME

Enjoyed a delicious steak at home prepared Sous Vide.  Cooking the meat at 130 degrees in water produced a perfect medium rare steak that was moist and delicious.  After 90 minutes of cooking we finished the steak on a grill pan for just a couple of minutes on each side.  Served with decadent Brussels Sprouts with Salted Caramel Glaze, Pork Belly and Linguisa.  My goodness this was a great meal cooked entirely by my lovely Wife.

I love BBQ Chicken and enjoy Brussels Sprouts when cooked correctly.  I made a topping for the Brussels Sprouts using Shallots, Garlic, Bacon, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.  Sooo good!
