BBQ PORK CHOP WITH FINADENE SAUCE

DINNER AT HOME

Came home from a long day in Maui to this delicious dinner.  Thick Pork Chop marinated in Mama Sita's Sauce and grilled on the BBQ.  Served with an incredible delicious and spicy Finadene Sauce which I love.  This is one of my fave dinners.

This was an incredible dinner filled with bold flavors.  One of my all time favorites.

The Pork Chops are marinated overnight in Mama Sita's Marinade and then grilled.

Served with a spicy Finadene Sauce that really compliments the pork and adds flavor and heat.  Mind blowing good.  My Wife cooks the Brussels sprouts with Bacon, Blue Cheese and Maple Syrup.  Amazing delicious!

Oh...what a delicious dinner.  Marinated Pork Chop cooked on the BBQ with grilled vegetables. Love dipping the Pork Chop in the Finadene Sauce which adds a spicy and

 tart  finish.

We marinate Pork Chops in this sauce we bring back from the Philippines overnight and then grill on the BBQ.  This alone is super delicious and one of our families favorite meals.  What kicks this dish up is the sauce consisting of Soy Sauce, Shallots, Vinegar, Chili Flakes and Hot Thai Chilis.  May be a few other things in the sauce too.  It flat out takes the Pork Chops to another level of deliciousness.  Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Corn.  So Good!

Really blessed to enjoy this incredible dinner at home.  Our favorite Truffle Cheese with Raspberry Jam on Garlic Toast, Marinated Grilled Pork Chop, Corn on the Cob and Rocky Road Ice Cream with a nice Cab.  Doesn't get much better than this with my loves.
