The seconds stop on our North San Diego Taco tour is Raul's in Encinitas which in my opinion has the best Crunchy Shredded Beef Tacos. These tacos are filling and satisfying and include marinated shredded beef, cheese, lettuce, pico de Gallo and lots of delicious Guacamole.
