This Mahi Mahi Bowl has become my favorite preflight meal when departing from the Honolulu airport.  I actually plan my schedule to have time to enjoy it.  Love the slightly spicy sauce, fresh veggies and fish.  Better than most restaurants and always delicious!

This was a perfect dinner on the lanai.  Super fresh Mahi Mahi with a Truffle Cream Sauce, Sautéed vegetables and Sashimi with Avocado.

Whole Foods had Mahi Mahi on sale so I purchased some along with fresh vegetables.  Did it all online and they delivered the food to my door for free in hours.  Never even went inside a store.  This is a game changer for me.  Ordering food online and getting home to find it on my doorstep in insulated bags.  Amazon baby!!!! my favorite store and stock....  Simply seasoned the Mahi and then placed it on the BBQ for around 10 minutes.  Made a Mushroom Cream Sauce that was definitely restaurant quality and it elevated this dish to great.  

Absolutely loved the Fish, Sauce and Veggies.

This easy Mahi Mahi dinner was so good.  Simply grilled the Mahi and made a White Wine and Mushroom Cream Sauce.  Added a little fresh Thyme from our garden and had a restaurant quality meal on the lanai.  So nice to sit outside and enjoy good food with the family.

Wanted to make my Wife a light and healthy dinner so I picked up some super fresh Mahi Mahi for only $5 for two pieces.  Grilled the Mahi Mahi and made a Garlic, White Wine and Butter Sauce.  Placed the Mahi on a bed of fresh vegetables that I sautéed with a little Garlic and Butter.  This was absolutely fantastic.  Sooo good!!!

Nothing better than a nice dinner at home with the family.  I love fresh fish and there has been an abundance of Mahi Mahi lately in Hawaii plus the prices have come down a bit.  Simply grilled the Mahi with salt, pepper and Asian Garlic/Ginger Seasoning then topped with White Wine, Butter and Shallot Sauce.  Served up with some fresh and delicious Ong Choy with garlic, shallots and a bit of Oyster Sauce.  So simple and so DELICIOUS!!!

Love to see that the price of Mahi Mahi has dropped significantly over the past few weeks.  Cooked up some fresh Mahi and added a Ginger Sesame Crust.  Cooked on my new Weber Grill outside under a warm December evening in Honolulu.  Served with mashed potatoes and sautéed carrots, celery and Broccoli Rob.  Simple, healthy and delicious!
