Saw a delicious Philly Cheesesteak on a Cooking Channel and immediately started craving one.  Thought about going to Jersey Mikes to get one and then decided to make my own using a Bell Pepper as the bread.  Simple to make with London Broil Steak, Onions, Bell Pepper and Mozzarella Cheese.  I added a small can of Jalapeños which I loved but my gals thought were too hot.  This was good but I definitely missed the bread.

Going Keto so I made Philly Cheesesteak Wraps that had zero carbs.  These were absolutely delicious and had all of the flavor of a Cheesesteak without the bread.
