We had seen this stall in Kuromon Market where you pick your fresh Ahi out of a cooler and then the Chef prepares it to order. We had already eaten so we decided to come back the next day and enjoy this Sushi for lunch. We selected two types of Tuna and they handed it to the Chef who cut it to order. We wanted half Sashimi and half Sushi. After a few minutes the beautiful presentation was set at our small table and we feasted. Some of the best Sushi of my life. Wow..great!!!!
