JERSEY MIKE'S SUB IN A TUB

Craving a Jersey Mike's Sub but wanted to stay low carb so I ordered Mike's Famous Philly in a tub.  I had them add lettuce to the bottom of the bowl and topped the beef and cheese with Jalapeños.  Delicious!

DINNER AT HOME

I cooked up some delicious Chicken Soup using what was left from a Costco Rotisserie Chicken, fresh vegetables, peas and corn that we had in the fridge.  Paired the soup with a Philly Cheese Steak that we also picked up at Costco.  My Daughter loved this meal and now is addicted to the Cheese Steaks.
