SHRIMP, TURKEY, AVOCADO AND BEET SALAD

DINNER AT HOME

My Wife wanted a Shrimp Salad to start her Happy Birthday weekend.  I obliged and made this delicious dinner using ingredients we had in the house.  Grilled Shrimp, Turkey Breast, Avocado, Beets, Red Onion, Bell Pepper, Egg, Cherry Tomato and Cheddar Cheese. 

Served with a Balsamic Dressing.

Got to get back to more healthy eating because I have packed on some of the pounds that I worked so hard losing.  Starts now with this Shrimp and Avocado Salad.

Don't remember the name of this restaurant in the San Francisco airport.  Quick layover so I enjoyed this Shrimp and Avocado Salad with a nice Napa Cabernet.  Remember the service was really good and the salad was tasty.
