Another happy, delicious and very satisfying dinner at Arancino at The Kahala.  We went with a family style dinner with some of our favorites.  Started with the Haku Lei Salad.  Beautiful presentation of fresh greens that we all devoured.  The Ebi with Caviar is a family favorite and with the three mother of pearl spoons we quickly emptied the tin.   My Daughter always enjoys the Lobster Bisque here.  It is amazing.  We all shared the Carbonara with Truffles, Uni Pasta and a Pizza.  Pizza is good but very limp in the middle.  Wish they could crisp the crust more.  The Carbonara with Truffles is my big cheat dish from my low carb diet.  I can eat the entire dish.  Thankfully my Wife and Daughter dug in.  Also love the Uni Pasta with Uni flown in from Hokkaido, Japan.  Service was great and the GM Maria is awesome.

Each night the ship posts the Chef's Signature Menu in front of the dining room.  We would always check it out and then decide where to eat that evening.  Our dining time would be determined on what type of show was playing in the theatre that night.  Sometimes we would opt for an early dinner (6:30) and catch the 10:00 show.  Other times we would catch the early show and enjoy dinner around 8:30.  Great options.  Dinner always consists of around 6 starters to choose from and another six or so entrees.  You can order as many starters or entrees as you like.  The price is all included in your cabin price.  On this night I started with the Lobster Bisque.  Keli went right for the Escargots Bourguiononne while Shirley opted for Prawn Cocktail.  Entrees included a Grilled Seafood Brochette, Prawn Ravioli and Roasted Duck.
