Another perfect and satisfying dinner at Arancino at The Kahala.  I went to my "go to" dishes with Ebe with Caviar and Carbonara Pasta with Truffles.  My wife opted for the Caesar Salad and Uni Pasta which is one of her favorite pasta dishes in Hawaii.  Great service and a walk around the grounds of the Kahala made this a beautiful evening.

Love Arancino at The Kahala.  One of my favorite restaurants on Oahu.  This meal and the service were fantastic.  Loved every dish.  The Uni Pasta here is one of the best ever as is the table side Tiramisu service.  The Cavair with Ebe is a must appetizer for me.

Back to my favorite restaurant on Oahu.  Really could eat here once a week and love it every single time.  Food and service are exceptional and the wine selection is fantastic.  My go to dishes are the Caviar with Egg, Cheesy Mashed Potatoes with Foie Gras and Truffles.  

This has to be one of my favorite dishes of all time and something I would consider for my last meal.  The Potatoes alone are amazing but when you add the Foie Gras and top with Truffles....damn one of the best tastes ever!  All of the Pastas shine here.  The Bolognese is the best in Hawaii as is the Uni Pasta and the Lemon Tomato Pasta.  All three will make you happy and the Cacio Pepe with Truffles will take you to Italy.  We always eat family style here so everyone can enjoy all of the Pastas and other dishes.  Everything on the menu is good so be adventurous and try a variety of dishes.

To me this is one of the most perfect dinners.  Caviar with Ebe, Truffle Mushroom Pizza and Carbonara at Arancino at The Kahala.  Three out of this world dishes that are always delicious and satisfying.  Shirley loves the Uni Pasta as much as I love the Carbonara.  Also love the Risotto as an appetizer for the table.  This is our favorite Italian restaurant in Hawaii!
