Leaving San Francisco and wanted to have some Sourdough Bread.  The Egg and Bacon Sandwich was pretty basic but the bread was good.

 This is one of my all time favorite breakfasts.  BLT with an Egg and my Fried Rice.  Crispy chilled lettuce and nice thick slice of tomato with salt and pepper make this sandwich pop!

 This breakfast sandwich was delicious.  Only thing missing was a little lettuce but we were out.

DINNER AT HOME

We had a few hamburger buns and tomatoes left over from our weekend BBQ.  When I saw the tomatoes, I immediately thought of a Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich.  Took it up a notch by adding an egg to my BLT.  Wow...this sandwich was amazing.  When the egg yoke soaked into the bread it was heaven on a bun.  Cannot wait to make another one of these!

I was starving one Saturday morning and looked into the refrigerator for something to eat.  Since we had some bacon, eggs and cheese I decided to create my own Breakfast Sandwich.  Came out tasting delicious and I will definitely make this little sandwich again.
