Could not believe how a simple Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich could taste so good and be so satisfying.  The Heirloom Tomato made this a winner!

LUNCH AT HOME

Made this delicious BLT with Avocado using Thick Cut Bacon that we baked in the oven.  Oven baked bacon taste so much better and eliminates grease in the kitchen.  

Kept it low carb by using a low carb bread.  Delicious!

 This is one of my all time favorite breakfasts.  BLT with an Egg and my Fried Rice.  Crispy chilled lettuce and nice thick slice of tomato with salt and pepper make this sandwich pop!

Rarely eat breakfast but sometimes on the weekend I get lucky and the Wife makes me something.  Enjoyed this delicious BLT on a Saturday and loved it!
