Loving Hero Zero Carb Hawaiian Rolls.  Made this BLT with Avocado for breakfast and it rocked.  You would never tell this is zero carb bread.  So good!

After a weekend of parties at home, I put together some leftover items for dinner.  

These BLT Sliders were delicious.  Pro Tip: Bake the Bacon for better texture and flavor!

This BLT with Egg and Avocado was fantastic.  My Wife cooks the thick cut Bacon in the oven and it always turns out tasting so good.  Much better than frying in a pan.

Saw a BLT on the Food Channel early this morning.  Started craving one shortly after so I made this delicious BLT with Avocado.  Used Inked Low Carb Bread to stay low carb.

This was soooo...good!

Woke up early and worked on taking the remaining size large golf shirts out of my closet.  I did this last year and removed over 100 shirts and donated them to people in need.  Worked up an appetite so I made this BLT Wrap with Avocado using a low carb tortilla.  Delicious!

I don't eat breakfast often but on weekends I occasionally check the fridge to see what we have.  When I saw Bacon and Avocado my decision was made to make a BLT with Avocado.  Used lettuce as the wrap to stay low carb.

Woke up craving a Mendocino Farms Heirloom Tomato BLT.  Since we do not have Mendocino Farms in Hawaii, I made my own low carb BLT with a little Avocado.

This was delicious and very satisfying!

Took a six mile walk down our hill and then back up this morning and was feeling hungry when I got home.  We had some Hamburger Buns on the counter so I decided to use one up.  Made a delicious BLT and added an Egg on top.  I just love this sandwich and probably could have downed two of them on this morning.

I have the Drew Burger on this blog and now the Drew BLTE.  Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Egg.  Love this sandwich and wish I was twenty pounds lighter so I can enjoy it every day.

DINNER AT HOME

We had a few hamburger buns and tomatoes left over from our weekend BBQ.  When I saw the tomatoes, I immediately thought of a Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich.  Took it up a notch by adding an egg to my BLT.  Wow...this sandwich was amazing.  When the egg yoke soaked into the bread it was heaven on a bun.  Cannot wait to make another one of these!
