Tuesdays at home means Tacos and my Shrimp Tempura Tacos are some of the best ever.

These pack so much flavor that once you eat them once, you WILL BE hooked. I use

Ala Madre Low Carb Corn Tortillas to reduce the carbs without giving up flavor.

I cannot stop eating or raving about these amazing Shrimp Tempura Tacos.  One of my favorite Tacos ever and so easy to prepare.  I use Ala Madre Low Carb Tortillas which are lightly heated until they are just a little bit crispy.  Place a cooked Shrimp Tempura in the Tortilla and cover with White Sauce (Yogurt, Mayo and Lime Juice), Tempura Sauce, 

Hot Sauce and then add Cabbage, Cheddar Cheese, Pico de Gallo and a slice of Avocado.  

One bite and you will be hooked on these.

Craving Taquitos like we enjoy on our trips to San Diego so I made my own using an Air Fryer and low carb tortillas.  These were as good or better than most Mexican restaurants in Hawaii and up there with the San Diego ones.  I made them just like San Diego with Lettuce, Guacamole, Cheese, Pico de Gallo and Cotija Cheese.  So good!
