Reminded me of sitting at a street stall in Tijuana.

Impossible to get good Mexican food in Honolulu so when I crave Tacos, we make our own.  Crunchy Shredded Beef Tacos are my favorite but these Carne Asada Street Tacos come in a close second.  Delicious!

Put in another 5 hours work on Saturday and came home to these delicious Carne Asada Street Tacos.  Tastes as good as Mexico!  Low carb Ala Madre low carb Corn Tortillas of course.

Cinco de Mayo at home meant cooking up some of my favorite Mexican dishes.  Carne Asada Street Tacos and Beef and Black Bean Tostadas.  This was much better than any Mexican restaurant in Honolulu so I am glad we stayed home.  Ala Madre Low Carb Tortillas of course.

These were some of the best Street Tacos ever.  Marinated Carne Asada, Guacamole, Onion, Cilantro and Hot Sauce.  As good as the ones I used to enjoy in Tijuana, Mexico.

Craving some Mexican Street Tacos so I grilled some marinated steak and made these Carne Asada Tacos.  Reminded me of being in Tijuana at a street Taco stand.  Only thing missing was a cold beer.

Taco Tuesdays still go on at Casa de Santos thanks to Mr. Tortilla 1 Net Carb Tortillas.

Staying low carb while eating delicious Carne Asada Tacos is a great thing and a dinner that the entire family loves.  On this night, I was the only person eating the low carb tortillas.  My Wife and Daughter enjoyed the real ones.  These Tacos are as good or better than anything you can get in a Hawaii Mexican restaurant.  Yummy!
