Love my Wife's homemade Spaghetti Carbonara.  No cream here and it is as good as any restaurant on Oahu.  Yummy!

One of our all time favorite home cooked meals is Spaghetti Carbonara.  My Wife has mastered this recipe and this is restaurant quality at home for sure.  Wow...this is so good!

Totally happy when my Wife said she was making Spaghetti Carbonara again.  This is a family fave dinner that is absolutely delicious.  As good or better than any restaurant!

We took a cooking class in Tuscany, Italy several years ago.  One of the dishes we made was Spaghetti Carbonara.  My Wife has mastered the dish and it is now a family favorite.  She added Truffles, Truffle Powder and Truffle Caviar which put this over the top.  Had to forget my low carb diet for a night but it was well worth it!

Craving Spaghetti Carbonara after our trip to Italy so my Wife made this version that we learned at a cooking class in Tuscany.  Super delicious and one of our all-time favorite dinners at home.

This homemade Spaghetti Carbonara was so good.  Like being back in Tuscany where we learned to make it from a Michelin Star Italian Chef.  The ingredients are simple.  Pancetta, Eggs, Pecorino Cheese, Pasta and Pepper.  Added a little Italian Parsley and Basil for color.  This was really delicious and a taste of Italy in Hawaii.  If a restaurant ever serves you Carbonara with Cream, send it back and never go back there again.  This is the Italian way and the correct way to make Carbonara.
