A visit to Atlanta would not be complete without a meal at the 90 year old Varsity. This institution has been serving up fast food to just about everyone in Atlanta, celebrities and even Presidents. My favorite food here is the Chili Dog with Cole Slaw. The Bomb! The Onion Rings are probably some of the best I have ever tasted. The Hamburger with Chili was a bit bland. Love ordering at the busy counter. The staff is very lively and service is lightening fast.

No complaints about the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta. Nice 73 story hotel in great location downtown. You can walk to restaurants, bars, Olympic Park, College Football Hall of Fame and even Mercedes Benz Stadium from the hotel. Room was large but the bathroom was tiny. Service was good at front desk and hit and miss at the lobby bar. Would stay here again.

I absolutely LOVE Jollibee Fried Chicken. Wish I could eat this decadent lunch several times a week. The Chicken is crunchy on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside. Filled with flavor. Like eating candy. We call it Chicken Crack because it is addicting. The Gravy is peppery and delicious. Love it on the Chicken and Mashed Potatoes. Love these homemade Tostadas with Spicy Refried Beans, Rotisserie Chicken, Lettuce, Cheese and Fresh Pico de Gallo with Jalapeño and Cilantro. So easy to prepare and so delicious.

Enjoyed a delicious Sushi Roll and some Vino at Umaizushi at the Honolulu Airport. Food and service was excellent.

These Fish Tacos with Fresh Mahi Mahi were super delicious. Made a White Sauce using Yogurt, Mayonnaise and Lime Juice that really made the flavor pop. Also fresh homemade Pico de Gallo.

My lovely Bride prepared Pasta with Meat Sauce and Garlic Knots for the Iolani Girls Basketball Team. Meal was served on Senior Night where my Daughter finished her last season of hoops. Loved watching her play over the years and so proud of her attitude, hustle and commitment. Love the Hawaii tradition of presenting the players with candy leis. Really a special moment to see my Baby so happy with her teammates and friends.
