DINNER AT HOME
My Wife made this delicious dinner with fresh Marlin topped with Fried Shallots and a light Shallot Cream Sauce. Served with Stir Fried Bok Choy. Loved it!

ALMOST 1" THICK PIECE OF LOCAL FRESH MARLIN |
GRILLED FOR A FEW MINUTES ON EACH SIDE |
BOTH SIDES GRILLED AND THEN POP IN 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR AROUND 10 MINUTES |
FINISHED MARLIN LOOKED AND TASTED DELICIOUS |
MADE SIMPLE SAUCE OF WHITE WINE, BUTTER, CHICKEN STOCK, SHALLOTS AND GARLIC. ADDED LEMON JUICE, MORE BUTTER CAPERS AT THE END |
